Haida Roots is a small Seattle based non-profit organization committed to helping preserve Xáad kíl (the Haida language) for future generations.

Our mission is to learn and share our language through stories, songs, and traditional arts taught by our Haida Elders and local artists.

Along with keeping our ancient cultural ways thriving, we support the creative evolution of contemporary music, art & books.
